1. Introduction & Services

Welcome to Reelife. These Terms of Use govern your use of the services made available on or through the Reelife website. Reelife is an exclusive, premium booking platform providing on-demand cinematic reels. Unlike standard aggregator platforms, we do not send random outsiders. Every assigned Reel-Maker is an officially trained, thoroughly vetted professional working under the Reelife brand to ensure the highest standard of quality and brand excellence.

2. Bookings and Payments

To confirm a booking, Users must pay a 50% advance through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Direct payments to Reel-Makers offline are strictly prohibited and will void any service guarantees, refunds, or support from Reelife.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because our services are on-demand and Reel-Makers block their calendars, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced:

• Advance Bookings (More than 24 hrs): Full refund of advance if cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled shoot time.
• Instant Bookings (Less than 12 hrs): Full refund only within 15 minutes of booking. After 15 minutes, the 50% advance is non-refundable as the creator is dispatched.

4. Content Rights & Usage

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use and distribute the final edited reels. Unless explicitly opted out in writing, you grant Reelife and the assigned Reel-Maker a non-exclusive right to use the final reels for portfolio and marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reelife acts as an aggregator. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., missed moments, weather disruptions, or technical equipment failures). Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
